Lawrence S. Craige: has been a licensed North Carolina Attorney practicing in Wilmington, NC for over ten years. Lawrence received his BA from the College of William and Mary in 1989, his MA from the University of Alabama in 1993 and his JD from the University of North Carolina in 1997. Before becoming an attorney he taught high school English and coached basketball and tennis at the Asheville School in Asheville, North Carolina.

Lawrence concentrates his practice in estate planning and estate administration and has substantial experience across several legal disciplines.

Lawrence is a current member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the New Hanover County Bar Association and the New Hanover County Estate Planning Council. He serves on the Board of Directors of Wilmington Downtown, Inc. and the Historic Wilmington Foundation, Inc. and he is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association's Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section.

Charlotte Noel Fox: has been a licensed North Carolina Attorney practicing in Wilmington, North Carolina since 2004. Noel received her BA in English from Wake Forest University in 1998, her M.E.D. from the University of Georgia in 2000 and her JD from Campbell University in 2004.

Noel is a current member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the New Hanover County Bar Association and is active with the North Carolina Coastal Land Trust.

Mark S. King: has been a licensed North Carolina Attorney practicing in Wilmington, North Carolina since 2007. Mark received a BA in History, a BS in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Duke University in 2002. Mark received his JD from Campbell University in 2007.

Mark is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and concentrates his practice in patent, trademark and general intellectual property law.

Mark is a current member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the New Hanover County Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section. He currently serves on the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Infrastructure Committee and the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Local Government Committee.
