Charlotte Noel Fox

Charlotte Noel Fox was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from Wake Forest University.  After receiving her Masters of Education in 2000 from the University of Georgia, she was awarded her Juris Doctorate in 2004 from Campbell University School of Law.

Noel is a member of the New Hanover County and North Carolina Bar Associations (member of Real Property, Juvenile, and Litigation Sections). She also serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Coastal Land Trust and on the North Carolina Bar Association Professionalism Committee.

Noel’s primary areas of practice include: Commercial and Residential Property Transactions and Civil Litigation, including business and commercial litigation,  homeowners' association litigation, real property litigation (boundary disputes, petitions for partition, cartway proceedings), stormwater compliance litigation, construction litigation, and fiduciary litigation.
